2. Delivery Method All final edited videos (typically in .mp4 format) are delivered electronically. Once your project is completed, we will send you a secure download link via email or your preferred communication channel using secure cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive or Dropbox).
3. Turnaround Time Our standard turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours after we have received your raw footage and full instructions. Larger or more complex projects may require additional time, which will be communicated with you upfront.
4. Confirmation of Delivery Delivery is considered fully complete once the final files or download links have been sent to you and accessed.
