We aim to deliver high-quality edits within the agreed timeframe (usually 24-48 hours), but turnaround times may vary depending on the complexity of the project.
2. Client Obligations 2.1. You must have the legal right and permission to use all raw footage, images, and audio you provide to us. Vividcuts Media is not responsible for any copyright infringement claims arising from the materials you supply. 2.2. You agree to communicate clearly and provide all necessary files and instructions upfront to ensure a smooth editing process.
3. Payments and Refunds 3.1. All payments for our editing packages must be made upfront through our secure checkout process. 3.2. Refund Policy: Due to the custom, digital nature of video editing, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. However, if you request a cancellation before our team has started editing, a full refund will be issued. 3.3. We offer revisions as part of our packages to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the final result.
4. Intellectual Property 4.1. Upon full payment, you retain complete ownership and commercial rights to the final edited videos. 4.2. Vividcuts Media reserves the right to use snippets of the final edited videos in our portfolio or marketing materials, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is explicitly requested and agreed upon in advance.
5. Limitation of Liability 5.1. Vividcuts Media is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue, views, or account suspension) arising from the use of the videos we edit. The performance of the content on social media is ultimately out of our control.
6. Governing Law 6.1. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international digital commerce laws.
